Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) to Conduct Gender Responsive Pedagogy Training for Master Trainers The Civil Society Action Coalition on Education For All (CSACEFA), with support from Education Out Loud (EOL), a project of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and implemented by Oxfam Denmark Regional Management Unit in Uganda, invites qualified consultants/firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to conduct a Gender Responsive Pedagogy Training for Master Trainers. Project Background The Education Out Loud Project seeks to reduce the number of out-of-school children in Nigeria, particularly marginalized and vulnerable girls. One of the critical barriers identified is teachers’ limited capacity to adopt inclusive and gender-responsive teaching practices, which contributes to learner dropout and low enrolment. To address this, CSACEFA will organize a three-day Gender Responsive Pedagogy Training in Abuja, Nigeria, bringing together participants from diverse social, political, and religious backgrounds across the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria. The training aims to strengthen teacher capacity to create inclusive, equitable, and gender-responsive learning environments for pupils and students of Basic and Secondary schools in Nigeria. Participants were drawn from various Youths Organisations, Institutions and Agencies, to discuss and review ways of collaboration and expression of fundamental ideals that give young people their voices and placements in Community and National Development.
